I've changed my mind. Can I have a refund?

If you bought gift cards from Cardyard, but then change your mind (buyers remorse) within 2 weeks, and would like a refund, we can do that, but you must agree to these terms:

  1. You will receive the refund as credit into your Cardyard account.
  2. The refund will be credited 2 weeks after we sell on the gift card to a new buyer.
  3. You must accept full responsibility for the balance on the gift card so if the subsequent buyer experiences a balance reduction and we determine it was nothing to do with the buyer, we will claim the balance discrepancy from you.
  4. If the value of the gift card is greater than £150 or the aggregate refund is over £1,000 you will have to complete an ID check. If you fail the ID check we will not refund your purchase.

By requesting a refund, you are agreeing to these terms.

You have no right to a refund; they are given out of goodwill at the discretion of management. We will only offer a refund on one or two purchases and will refuse multiple or repeated refunds.
