How to redeem: We sell Nike gift cards as eCodes - these have been taken from plastic .com gift cards and are for online use only. They never expire.
Nike have three types of gift cards: retail store gift cards which have been bought in store, nike.com plastic and electronic cards which have been bought online. Cards can be used in-store in the UK, and online at Nike.com. The plastic cards never expire - well done Nike! The eGifts expire after 2 years. The only difference between the cards is European access to the .com online store; as well as being used in-store, the retail store gift card can only be used at Nike.com in the UK, whereas the .com cards can be used at Nike.com across Europe.
How to balance check: There is an online balance checker that requires the 19 digit card number and the PIN
Its not obvious which card you have, and there is little reason to be concerned unless you want to spend online outside of the UK. They are both plastic. The retail store card says clearly that it can only be spent in store, and the PIN must be revealed to create the 19 digit card code. The Nike.com card says very little, and that the card number is 19 digits without having to reveal the PIN.
