How to redeem: Vue gift cards can only be used in person in the cinema. They can be used to buy tickets, confectionary, and any other item in Vue cinemas. Vue gift cards expire after 12 months, but are renewed for another 12 months at each transaction, including balance enquiries.
How to balance check: You can check the balance on the website -> Vue Cinema Balance Check. When you make a balance enquiry in the cinema you get a print out which you should keep as it shows the value and indicates expiry (12 months from print out).
Expiry date: Vue gift cards bought from Cardyard must be spent within 42 days of purchase.
You can reload a card in £5 chunks which may be useful if you want to give someone a treat.
