Arcadia issues plastic gift cards which, like gift cards from the individual shops, can be used in any of the Arcadia Group stores (excluding those within department stores) and online. Arcadia gift cards last 2 years from purchase, and cannot be extended. There is an online balance checker which requires the card number and PIN. It does not display expiry date.
You can register your gift card (PIN required) in case of loss or theft.
The Arcadia gift card is more popular than any of the individual store gift cards, though each shop gift card has equal buying power. Arcadia electronic gift cards are not available, but brands within the group issue their own electronic gift cards.
Arcadia also issue paper gift vouchers which can also be used in any Arcadia group store, but not online. Paper gift vouchers never expire.
These online discount Arcadia gift cards can be spent online or in associated UK stores including Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, Outfit, Topshop, Topman and Wallis.
