We only accept and sell general use plastic cards and voucher e-codes which can be used to purchase any experience on the Red Letter Days website. To use one, visit the website, create an account, then redeem the voucher into your account. You can then book any experience on the website. Note that gift cards are redeemed at www.redletterdays.co.uk/redeem whereas 16 digit voucher e-codes must be activated at www.redletterdays.co.uk/credit

Gift Cards, Vouchers and Voucher e-Codes last 12 months from issue and cannot be extended. There is no online balance checker, but you can phone customer services and check your voucher reference is still valid.
